There is a possibility to enable/disable all notifications, or a single task from the list, pressing the little bell on the left.
Supports multy-language for TextToSpeech. If you don't see your language in the list of possible languages download and install the appropriate TTS package from Google Play market.
Note! There is a delay in a minute in reminder.
